Adventures of Anderson and Dakota in Bee Land

Yesterday afternoon, Dakota and I were playing and we were out a little bit in the woods. Dakota stepped over a yellow jacket nest and then they came buzzing out. He leaped because he knew right away that they were yellow jackets, and I stood there until 1 stung me on hand. Then we both went running and crying to the house because they were still trying to sting us. We ran inside and brought like 6 of them inside. Lyndsey got stung 3 times too (from the ones that came in the house). I got 10 stings, but I was so brave. I let Grammie put baking soda and water on me, not like Dakota. He thought it was going to hurt. Lyndsey wouldn't let Grammie put it on her either. The baking soda helps a little bit, but the ibuprofin helped more. My hand and cheek still hurt some at bedtime.

It was hard for me to fall asleep because when I closed my eyes, I kept thinking yellow jackets were going to come out from under my bed. But eventually I fell asleep.

The End.
